House Staking: For residential projects, we precisely stake the position of the house foundation, ensuring alignment with site plans and property boundaries.
As-Built Surveys: After construction, we verify that the completed structures match the original plans, documenting any variations. Typically completed during project closeout, examples include pond volume exhibits, wet utility as-built documents, building foundation setback and height verification, and formal boundary surveys.
Monitoring Surveys: We track the movement of structures during construction, such as shoring walls or adjacent foundations, to detect any shifts or settlement, helping to mitigate risks.
Clash Detection: Using LiDAR scanning technologies, we identify potential conflicts between different systems (e.g., utilities and structures) to prevent costly delays and adjustments during construction.
